Frequently Asked Questions
What areas does Alpha House Construct serve?
Alpha House Construct is based in Morton Grove, Illinois and serves Chicago, the North Shore, and surrounding suburbs. We regularly work in Glenview, Park Ridge, Northbrook, Wilmette, Winnetka, Glencoe, Highland Park, Lake Forest, Hinsdale, and more.
How do I get a free estimate?
Free estimates are available for homeowners actively planning a remodeling project. We focus on providing detailed and accurate proposals to ensure each project receives the time and attention it deserves. Call us at (224) 716-7825 or fill in the form on this page. Stefan prefers to visit the property in person so he can see the space, discuss your goals, and give you an accurate written estimate. For simpler projects, he can also provide a ballpark figure over a video call or text.
What types of remodeling projects do you handle?
We handle the full range of residential and commercial remodeling. That includes kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, attic conversions, home additions, flooring installation, gut rehabs, and custom home building. We also take on commercial remodeling projects for offices, retail spaces, and multi-unit buildings.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Alpha House Construct Corp is a fully licensed and insured general contracting company. Stefan Alecse has over 20 years of experience in the trade and manages every project directly.
How long does a typical remodeling project take?
Timelines depend on the scope of work. A single-room update like a bathroom remodel can take one to three weeks, while a full home renovation or gut rehab may run several months. Stefan will give you a realistic timeline during your free estimate, including any permitting or material lead times. We do not quote shorter timelines just to win the job. You get an honest schedule from the start.
